1st Annual Ramble for Recovery
DC CAPS is excited to be hosting a first time event - Ramble for Recovery! Ramble for Recovery will be a 10K Run/3K Walk, celebrating recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. The event is scheduled for Saturday, September 6, 2008. Join us in the nationwide effort to observe National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month in September.
The Ramble for Recobery celebrates the hope of recovery from addiction through healthy competition. We would like to extend a special invitation to those recovering from any addiction or who have a loved one in recovery to participate in this event. Please e-mail Registration Form to shawna@dccaps.org. For those who are in recovery and would like the entry fee to be waived, please submit a brief statement about your journey in recovery.
